    Still working for better sleep.

    TL;DR. C-PTSD+RLS Better sleep.

    Less inflammation without Rockefeller's addictive quackery and petro poisons or artificial sleeping aids. Doesn't work as good as a bowl when RLS gets really Parkinson's level stubborn but that's a high bar to hit for a low dose supplement. I avoid the melatonin because it can also be addictive. I stopped these recently because I was low and my wife also uses them and had no ill effects beyond the obvious ptsd driven symptoms I already have. Tiny house sounds sending me from "sleep" into a heart racing fight or flight mode in the middle of the night...things like that. Now if we could just get the gummies to get up and pee for me at 4am.... :P

    My only beef is that they cost an arm and a leg and "insurance" fraudsters won't help.
